The lovely Piper Blush decides to do some cooking as she shows us how to make some Cheesy Mac’n’Cheese Balls! That does sound delicious and I am really hungry now. But even if the food doesn’t appeal to you, her hotness should! She is in a short white shirt, with no bra on. This long weekend of October is filled with festivities. What best to bring to a get together than some delicious finger food, such as Mac and Cheese Balls. If you are Canadian, bring them to your Thanksgiving feast. If you are from the United-States, you can celebrate the anniversary of Christopher Columbus’s arrival in the Americas on October 12, 1492, by throwing a party. These cheesy bites are great for any occasion. They don’t take long to make, and everyone loves them. You will be remembered for years to come as the person who made the Mac’n’Cheese bites!

Ingredients:
½ Macaroni
2 tbs Butter
2 tbs Flour
1½ cups Milk
2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
2 ounces Cream Cheese
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
¼ Nutmeg
1 egg beaten
Breadcrumbs

How To make the best little Mac’n’Cheese balls!

Turn your oven to 400 degrees F. Make sure your mini muffin tins are well buttered. Cook your pasta first. Then over medium heat combine, in a small pan, the butter and flour. Whisk until the butter melts and mixes with the flour. Very slowly pour in the milk and whisk at the same time. This part will that time, be patient. Open a beer, return to the oven and add about 3/4 of the cheese, the cream cheese, salt, and pepper. You want it to become super thick. Whisk every 2 minutes until it is thick and creamy. Once it’s ready, remove your pan from the heat. In a big bowl mix the pasta, egg, and cheese sauce. Make balls and place them in the muffin tin. Add bread crumbs onto and bake for about 12 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Take out of the oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy!
