Star Trek: Discovery’s MASSIVE Budget EXPLAINED

Debuting later this month, Star Trek Discovery is looking mighty good. With an extremely high budget and an interesting premise, this could be the absolute must watch show of the fall. The show is also going to be more edgy than previous Star Trek iterations, with a Mature rating, the first for a Star Trek property.

I imagine a lot of Star Trek fans will not like the direction of this new show, but I say who cares about them? I want to see some excellent stories told in the Star Trek universe, with a look and feel that is of the highest quality and fidelity. I also want Star Trek to get some new fans and I see this new show doing just that. It looks incredible. The high budget is definitely coming through. Bring on the space battles, aliens and mythology in sweet HD!
